“ Cold North Atlantic Lobsters ”

The lobster season in our area is short, about two Spring months, depending on when the shells start to soften.
These lobsters were only two days from being caught and the shells were almost too hard to crack.
The taste is unbeatable. We are lucky to live where we do.
