“ City of Tampa from across the Hillsborough River ”

One of my favorite spots in Tampa. I parked on the other side of the River to get this capture of the Performing Arts Center and other downtown Tampa buildings. I love how the lights reflect in the River. All the way to the right, the small white light is the local NBC TV station.
