“ Buddha - Larger than Life ”
I love the texture of this wood-carved Buddha I picked up in Cambodia. I think it suits itself well to shadow and light play. The aim of this photo was to replicate the feeling you get standing under the Lincoln Monument looking up as I find that aspect powerful.

    Shooting from this angle definitely evokes images of the huge statues I saw in Thailand. I would have liked a bit more breathing room on the bottom. Great lighting!
