“ Week 09 - Unfinished Project ”

This site in Lacey has been seemingly abandoned for several years. (Quite possibly a casualty of the pandemic.) There is a very large crane which looms over the concrete structures and dominates the skyline. The site is fenced and locked, but it was my first thought for this week's challenge...
