    I really like how you captured both herons in the image, and the main one really stands out with the red on its head.  I’m wishing that stick wasn’t there, but often times we have to take what we are given in nature.

    This is beautiful! I love that you caught the heron in the background. My dad lived in Vero Beach on a golf course. The Sandhills would nest and hatch their young every year right behind his house, and I loved getting photos of them. They were never scared of humans like the herons and egrets are.
