    Sometimes the simple things are the best, Pears are great for still life as they have so much texture, I wonder how a bit more of negative space would be like, also would be nice, I think, to see the whole of the shadow.

    That looks so yummy (love pears).  The lighting is really nice with the natural lighting bringing out the color.

    Lovely natural lighting Jennifer. I wonder if a bit more negative space around the pear would add to the minimalist feel. Nice textures in the skin and stem.
