“ F R I E N D S in Rome ”

A group of college friends who were in town for a wedding. I met them and asked if they'd pose for a photo. They asked if we could do it at the sign, which was fine with me. Lots of variable light in the scene but we did out best to balance it with the pose.

My alternate. It is technically a better portrait but did not meet the EC. I submitted the group photo because it met the EC and also was a more challenging shot.
