A quick Sunday afternoon shot, edited with Snapseed and photoshop express on iPad.
Bought the pineapple for food photography week and didn’t use it, it was starting to look a bit worse for wear so black and white was the obvious choice.

    Loads of textures here and a nice reflection to give some feel of depth. I agree that when a pineapple starts to 'go', they are not very photogenic, so B&W was a good choice! My slight 'shred' would be that it's not quite in mid-frame, a petty comment, but it does distract me a little. Interesting that the shadow is coming towards the viewer, but the light is from the left, no idea how you manage that?!
