    Its good to hear your experiences with hand holding and attempting to capture a shaking dog.  the lack of sharpness gives separation and some romantic artistic tones.  For me, i love that it is not as you anticipated, and i would certainly bump up your score by several notches.

    I love the composition of this image Alison. The minimalism of the background provides a great contrast to the action of the dog shaking too. Definitely a lot better… more
