“ Water: Above, Below & In-between ”

Having lunch with my wife and friends on the top floor of the Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv when this storm blew in from the sea. Captured this on my iPhone as it was the only camera I had with me. News reports said it had caused major damage as it tracked north on the coast.
