“ Was this the cause? ”

Inside the Cardiac ICU of a local hospital and facing the patient beds is an innocuous looking clock. On closer inspection it’s an ad for Viagra with the little blue pill perched on the tip of the second hand.

Was this the cause for these patients being there or some hope for the future?
