“ It's not Spring in Michigan ”

It's not spring in Michigan unless you see our "state flower" popping up. Those orange cones come out as the snow thaws. I was caught unexpectedly on the busiest street and started taking pictures without realizing this was this week's challenge. So much work, detours, and confusion on the roads.
