    I love how festive this is. -30°C made my Mexican heart recoil in horror, though. Makes me wonder, considering that there was a safe way to approach the train, if there would be a way to shoot it even more from below (although I understand why you might not want to).  Besides the tilting you altready mentioned and corrected, I think it's the only comment I'd have, I like everything else about this pic.
