“ Macro Floral ”
My attempt at the macro technique without a specific macro lens. While I like this shot better than the rest I took, I know I have so much to learn. I really wanted a try at leading lines, but it's 0 degrees outside.

    What beautiful calla lilies! Such unusual colors! Although this is a lovely shot, it's not really macro. You don't need to use a macro lens, but you do need to get closer to your subjects. Think about zooming in, cropping out all or most of the background. That will help you get within macro range of your subjects. Keep at it!

    Idk what kind of camera you have but I bought some inexpensive magnifier filters. They’re not “macro” lenses but they let me get closer than I would with a regular lens. Also, your flowers are stunning!
