Almost every day I eat an open sandwich with marinated herring, a traditional Danish dish for lunch. Normally, my serving looks more modest, but for the sake of presenting my food for the whole 52F community, I dressed it up.

    Gosh - so fresh and delicious. Great image. As a shred - I'm not quite sure what it is but there's something about th play out that troubles me slightly. I think it's the small pot of mayo ( ? Butter) that looks to me like it could be a little closer  to the angle between the fork and the plate. Just a thought.
