    "Past Their Prime"
    I save faded flowers with the intentions of photographing them later because they’re still beautiful and worth photographing. This theme prompted me to give these sunflowers a try in my office where it’s a lot cooler than the 107 degree heat index. Black scrapbook paper was used for the background as I shot straight down on these. A large white diffuser was used between the window and subject. Basic processing in LightRoom and the background blacks were increased. 
    Nikon Z8, Nikon Z MC 50mm f/2.8 lens , ISO 400, f/16, 20 sec., tripod, large diffuser, west window, mostly sunny
