Coreopsis is always an inviting subject. The black background, no matter how you achieve it, works with the subject.  My only suggestion would be to tighten up the focus, especially in the center. You've got all that texture to play with. You could do this with stacks or just tinker with settings a bit. Stacks would put every petal and the center in sharp focus.  I would also make the yellow just a bit brighter, but that's more a matter of individual aesthetic. Nicely done.

A very clever and technical use of your equipment to obtain a flat black background which contrasts brilliantly with the yellow of the bloom. A rich and vibrant colour captured really well. There is some lovely sharpness and detail on the petals. It's always subjective but I think I may have opted for a standard lens to get all of the flower in focus, or if using, the very narrow plane of focus of a macro even at F22, I would have chosen to have the centre in focus and the petals slightly softer... happy framing
