Great subject for this challenge, the difference between the smooth and the spiky is particularly interesting. The only thing I can even come up with to critique… more

Great subject for this challenge, the difference between the smooth and the spiky is particularly interesting. The only thing I can even come up with to critique is the odd "leaf" in the bottom right corner. I find it slightly distracting, so maybe you could moved just a little to get that out of the frame? The color toning on this is wonderful. Great shot!
