“ Lutheran Worship in Iceland ”

This tiny timber church at Bjarnarhöfn in Snæfellsnes in W-Iceland measures only about 7 m in length and 4,5 m in breadth. It was built of timber in 1857, but a church was first built in Bjarnarhöfn in the 12th Century. The church owns a chalice dated from 1280 and a Dutch-painted altarpiece ...
