“ Urban backyard ”

The view at an altitude of 84 meters from the Caspian Sea level. I am not sure if could be considered as 30th level, as this is only 25th level of Hilton Hotel, that is why no extra caption.
This shot is about the inner freedom and the opportunities of the city, those are only limited by it.
