    The hard light from the lampost creates almost a ring of tree branches that almost feels like it's swirling around in the dark.

    Some of the tree on the left doesn't seem to be part of the subject and distracts from the branches around the light (possibly crop out?). Increasing the brightness so we can see more details in the branches could be nice as well.

    Good use of angles and looking up to find new perspectives on a familiar area.

    I disagree - I think that you are looking up, and you are low as compared to the street light. The tree is your leading line, leading up to the light. And I love that light is a star. I also like the light that is hitting the tree. You did great!
