“ Colored Pencils ”
My son was doing a homework assignment using his colored pencil set that he got for christmas. So I immediately thought this might be useful for this week's challenge. Had fun with it. ?

    I love the compact pattern of pencils, and the gradual rainbow gradient of colors on each side. One thing you might have tried was to put the complementary colors opposite each other. You have yellow with green, blue with red, and they look beautiful but they're not color wheel opposite. Maybe that would have been too much contrast though. This is still a great image, you have a wonderful circular frame around it, and I love how the colored tips are right up against the colored wood of the opposite pencils.

    This is a very clean concept - vivid and colorful.

    I'm wondering about the slightly off center alignment and whether it was intentional or not. Maybe having it either strictly centered or clearly non-centered would strengthen the photo.

    But it's a great complementary color photo - really well done.
