Hello from Washington State. Bald eagles congregate on many rivers to feed on spawned salmon. This early morning shot of an eagle in the fog was taken on the Nooksack River near Mt. Baker.

    What a great photo! I agree with you, brightening the image or removing the haze would have changed the mood of the photo. Only suggestion, and maybe you already did… more

    What a great photo! I agree with you, brightening the image or removing the haze would have changed the mood of the photo. Only suggestion, and maybe you already did this, but did you play with the contrast at all to see if you could get just a little more pop? Bravo on the depth of field, as well! Love the detail in the gravel and the log. Just the fact that you got such a great photo of bald eagle makes me the teensiest bit envious :)

    Nice Brad!!  The fog is real right now, so it's great!!  I like real.  WOW, that was quite a day you had.  We are blessed with so many things here.  I think this is a really nice combustion, like maybe a mouse is gonna run across the gravel and be snatched right up.  It is a good representation of our wildlife.
