I went to Little Bay Park Thursday night hoping to scout the park for another night to shoot on. After driving there through some very heavy rain I discovered I could park under the bridge. Very Cool!

    I love your pov. The curvature of the bridge is really neat, as is the starlight effect on the streetlights, the beautiful color reflections in the water, and the lightness of the sky in the middle of the frame. And I agree that the water droplets add to rather than take away from the composition. Nice job editing too William!
