“ Throgs Neck Bridge West Side ”

I went to Little Bay Park to try the west side of the Throgs Neck Bridge. The white lights in the bottom right corner are in the Bronx. I'm uncertain if they are part of SUNY Maritime College. This picture was taken near the end of Blue Hour in the hopes of getting the starbursts from the lights ...
