“ Japanese sweets baked like a pancake ”

Ningo-yaki is a kind of small cake baked in a small iron mold and is usually filled with sweet bean paste. It's shaped like famous place such as five-storied pagodas.
I visited Asakusa, Tokyo for sightseeing and saw the craftsman skillfully baking one.
