For this week's challenge, I wanted to do something fun. So I came up with this idea, thinking that I should be able to do it in Photoshop. I ended up being too optimistic, as I'm not able to create the exact image I had in mind, but only a "meh" version of it...

I think it would have been easier if you had put her hair up such that you only had to deal with a neck.
