My old CD-playing DJ decks sit in my home office and occasionally I power them up, dig out my CDs and play a set for fun.

For this details shot, I wanted to focus on the crossfader, probably the best known and most visual part of the DJ's mixer, which controls the volume balance ...

I really like the amount in focus and gently fades to blurred background. Nice job keeping reflections out of the shot - wonderful detailed shot for the chqllenge
