    Great shot and a good composition. I relate to the problem of a colourless landscape in grey January. If I am to suggest an idea of improvement I would try to give the photo more contrast, especially amp up the whites.

    What an interesting photo to look at!  Lots to see.  My eye starts at monument dome, the bridge takes me over to the memorial obelisk, to be the back of the scene.  The tree adds a nice anchor to the shot.  So pretty.
