“ The Old Tree ”
I found this downed tree on a walk around the New Forest. Wood grain looks great in black and white. I shot this in colour then converted it to black and white in LR.

    I really love the subject matter here. I don’t think most people would have the sight to see the shot. But, if u have to quibble, it feels incomplete to me. The geometry is cut off in the upper left corner. I’d like to see the rest of the tree. The background somehow reminds me of water, which is pretty cool. :-)
