This is blue hour before sunrise, overlooking the bay towards the harbour and town lights. The tide is out and there are reflections on the sea and shallow pools of water in the foreground.
I have used a slow shutter speed to give blur and atmosphere. The light was just right for two ...

I like how the ICM makes the viewer feel as though they may be on a boat driving by. The reflections are really nice.
