“ Rocking The Boat ”

The fishing boats were moored up having offloaded the catch of scallops. I used ICM to create movement and atmosphere but to retain some details. The light was grey and dull which helped with the long shutter speed.
The camera has an inbuilt ND filter which I used and a digital zoom which ...
