Nearly 7 months ago on September 1, 2023 I reached 15 years a an ex-smoker. This milestone was important to me because on medical forms ask how long it's been since you were a smoker - the box for “15 years or more” is the last box to choose from. I’ve been eyeing that box for years and years… ...
