“ A Quiet Moment ”

I attended the annual 2nd Street Festival in Richmond specifically to see the old cars and watch the group Arrested Development perform. This was a rare “quiet moment” amongst the large crowds in attendance. It seemed like the crowd slowed down just enough for me to get this shot.
