“ Christmas Salmon ”

A few weeks ago we hosted a family Christmas celebration for the immediate family, all 23 of us ! As most of us are seafood lovers, we looked for a new seafood recipe. We settled on a Christmas Salmon recipe, with a Vermont Maple syrup glaze, and then a cooked cranberry relish on top ...
