    Wow, thanks for sharing this reflection on growing up on Chicago! The image you submitted does feel rather contemplative, and maybe a little sad due to the muted/cool tones. I'm glad there were fond memories tied up in this moment. For consideration, I feel like I'm not entirely sure of the subject of the photo due to it's lack of focal point. My eye doesn't know where to go until it lands on the woman's face with the glasses on the left. Perhaps this vagueness of focus was an artistic choice linked to your theme of memory, though. In any case, glad to see you back on 52Frames this week! I haven't been back to the Midwest in about 10 years either.
