“ Wabi Sabi ”
This is one of my favorite finds at The Honest Thrift Shop. It only cost $1 because it had a large crack in the handle. I was able to fill it with modeling putty and finish it off with gold leaf. Now it’s my favorite mug! The interior of the mug has pink flamingos. See the comments for a picture.

Great macro shot and detail on the gold leaf!  Also nice bokeh!

Great job of repairing this great mug! (Love the flamingos!). Super shot, too.  Love that you got really close!

The gold makes it look very Wabi Sabi.

Tricia, love this shot and the way you used gold leaf to fill the crack. Jan would love the interior of this mug with all the flamingos.❤️
