“ New Technique ”

I watched a Youtube video on how to add snow to an image in Photoshop using layers, Noise (which makes the falling snow) Smart Object, Blend Mode, & Motion Blur filters. I used a couple of layers to make the snow smaller and then larger so it appears closer to the lens.
