We've been having a heat wave and rolling blackouts in LA, so this shot of power lines at the end of a hot day felt appropriate. It was a last minute shot so I had to stretch a bit to fit this week's theme, but it's definitely within 50 feet of home (in my backyard), contains extreme contrast, ...

Love the colours. Power lines are so interesting to look at, some clean lines alongside really tangled bits.
