You definitely didn’t let being housebound curb your creativity.  I too love the planning aspects of travel.  It’s a huge part of the fun.  Great job on the challenge.

I think using a map to provide the sense of unexplored is clever. I also like how the person was largely removed from the shot, leaving only the hand, I think it allows the viewer the ability to place themselves in the photo themselves and imagine planning a trip themselves. The use of bokeh lends nicely to the shot and focus' the attention on the 'unexplored' theme portion of the shot. Was it intentional to place your fingers on a leading line on the map? How did you decide on the orientation of the map?
