“ Money ”

I wanted to offer a picture as a symbol, able to be interpreted in many ways. Why is the money from different cultures? Why is it being thrown away? I'd love to hear any alternate interpretations. This was quite a difficult frame to shoot with light and shutter speed being my main concerns.
