I made a morning visit to the local dam and locks in hopes of getting a lot of water flowing over the dam. My timing was way off on this endeavor. Still it was worth the visit even though it was very cold and windy on the river.

    Ah Michael - this was what I was aiming for! Alas - bright sun, total blow out, barely any water, set up on a tripod, nearly froze my fingers off and the wind nearly blew my camera over. Still posted my pic as I learned so much of what not to do! Great job!
