“ Cosmos wilting ”

Fall is upon us, yet the cold nights are a bit bitter already. Cosmos are wilting but they have served their purpose ro house the Monarch butterflies on their migration.

I like the lighting and your choice of black and white to highlight the Cosmos’ wilting beauty. Perhaps you could have chosen a section of the flower instead of the entire bloom in the garden. So many elements in one frame are contrary to the minimalism aspect of the challenge. Well done, however, in continuing to submit pics! Keep it up!
