“ Sashay ”
These ruffly scarves were very popular to knit about 10 years ago. The novelty yarn was called Sashay. I chose this to photograph this week because of the different hues, sparkles, and ruffles. The lighting was from the sun shining in the window.

    Overall, an interesting image with a lot of potential.  You did a good job getting most of the frame in focus.  For me, there's a little too hot of highlights on the yarn in places.  I also feel like it is betting for a bit more contrast.  This image might be one you could come back to a few times and try a different editing style and continue to create with it.

    Texture, color, light. All wonderful to consider for this challenge.

    You might have used some more dramatic lighting, but I think that this picture meets the challenge quite well

    My aunt used to knit these scarves. This photo brought back a nice reminiscence for me.
