    Great composition and super skies, your unique processing is evident. To really get cloud movement you  need a Big Stopper (Lee Filters) I’m sure other brands do a 10 stop filter. I used one on my image of Bolton Abbey submitted a few weeks ago you can get 30 sec exposures or more in some conditions. It’s hard to be sure with the low resolution of these images but it looks like you have aline round all the buildings that is Chromatic aberration I use Lightroom so it’s possible to remove or reduce this.
