I’m only a shadow of my father. ?
Passed years ago. We all moved on. But this seems to evoke memories of our gentle and thoughtful father.
And yes, I do have ‘Daddy’s Hat”.

    Nice idea, it must have taken some time to get the shadows right. Hope you don’t Mond the technical question, but how far away were you from the bench? I’m looking at the depth of field and thinking you must be further back than you appear to be to get that much at f1.4. Anyways,  lovely shot.

    I like the idea. Could have used a tripod, hidden in your shadow and the photo would look more like you are sitting on the bench.

    Clever use of shadow with the hat.

    I think you could get even more definition in the hand and arm if the background (grass? Crops?) were simpler and less dimensional.
