“ NYC Skyline in Detail ”

I hardly ever go to Williamsburg, but when I did this past Friday, I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to take a HDR photo for the first time, capturing the NYC skyline before sunset.

The cute dogs on the bottom right seems to be enjoying the view as well.

The details of the skyline are wonderful, and very sharp. You shot this at a great time of day. Since the skyline is your primary subject, though, I think that a closer shot, or some cropping might have shown it off more beautifully

I love the contrast of the foreground subtleness vs the brightness of the city. I know the dogs are cute, but I feel that distracts from the image. I love that the sky… more

You might have kept the the dogs in silhouette as they almost pull my eye away from the subject.

Great job in creating an HDR photo that looks very natural.
