“ A Portrait* ”
I took the day photographing people and life but as the light dwindled I wasn't happy with the photos I shot of strangers.

Here's my compromise for the challenge:
A portrait of a special someone.

I'm loving the dark background with soft bokeh, as well as the highlights ...

    The largely dark background highlights the face beautifully. It is a pity that his left shoulder is clipped and merges with the background. Beautiful portrait!

    Very beautiful expression and a light that shapes them well....
    Maybe a little too strong on the forehead and the tip of the nose, but I like it a lot!
