“ Ice ”

Weekending wildlife adventuring was pretty and cold (20F) today. Open water is freezing over, and will not flow freely for 6 months. Early ice freeze makes such beautifully intricate patterns, and I was cellphone snap happy walking along the creek this morning. A macro lens is on my Christmas ...

Your exposure brings out both color and surprising texture out of the ice. The clarity and sharp focus add depth and complexity to your composition.
