    This reminds me of an old photo that i might find in the attic that was in a bin of photos from my grandparents.  I'm not sure if that was your intent, but the b&w combined with the sharpness of the rain gives me that impression.  Nicely done to put the hail bay in the ROT intersection to ground the whole image.
